When your trial period is nearing its end, we will send a reminder to enter your billing information to ensure uninterrupted access to the system. If your trial period expires before you enter your details, don’t worry. You can still enter your details by accessing your account settings.
Does Maid Planner have a mobile app?

How do I change my billing information?
To change your billing information, simply go to your account settings and edit the information under “billing.”
Is there any training required to use the system?
The system is very intuitive and easy to use, requiring no training. You can watch tutorial videos here. Additionally, our team is available to answer any questions via our chat or email support@maidplanner.com.
How does my client’s login work?
When a booking is made, your client gets an account with login credentials they set. With this data, they have full autonomy, being able to update bookings, add new ones, among other services.
Can I import my client database from Excel files or other management systems previously used by my cleaning company?
Yes, you can easily import all your client data into the Maid Planner system through Excel files.
