Type the property address and Estimaid looks up the home's information. If it can't find it, you fill it in by hand. Then review the property details before generating the price.
A price for every frequency
The result suggests prices for weekly maintenance, every 2 weeks and every 4 weeks, plus a one-time cleaning. The numbers are estimates: in the proposal, you use the suggested price or set your own and can add extra services.
Send the estimate
Once the price is set, email the estimate. When the customer accepts, convert the lead into a customer and schedule the service.
